“ Whoever I spoke to not to long ago just wanted to say you saved me days without water and a big bill my lady was in the process of showering our daughter when the pressure reduced massively & the best part walked me through some trouble shooting and fixed my problem by taking the time and asking me what’s happening and not just hanging up because they ain’t have any availability till 2 weeks really appreciate now my daughter can finish her bath not all heroes wear capes. ”

“ I ran into some issues with our well pump. We had no running water and I have farm animals so I needed help asap. I called Viking pump service and told them about the issue I had. Who I spoke said we were a little out of the area they service but proceeded to help with some trouble shooting tips. I ended up figuring it out with his help and his detailed explanation on what I had to do. He also ended up setting up an appointment for someone coming out here to check it out and service the well. I am greatful for his help and helping me trouble shoot. Amazing customer service !!!!! Thank you. ”

“ Sunday afternoon, following a brief power outage, our well system stopped. Called for 24-hour service help, I was told nobody was available until Monday AM, as the staff was out working. He offered to troubleshoot the problem over the phone. I've acquired minimal well knowledge over the past 14 years. He talked me through checking basics, breakers, indicator lights, and the reset switches, which I was unaware of them. Pump on our storage tank needed the reset, back in business for our 5 homes!! I've never used Viking Pump Service in the past. I just made this urgent cold call, but I received a very warm, friendly, professional help. ”

“ We had our pump go out this morning (Sunday morning, early) and tried more than one company to help us out. BJ responded right away, helped us diagnose the issue and walked us through fixing it ourselves! Imagine that. Most companies would have charged a fee to come out and fix a problem that was simple and easy for us to take care of ourselves and it cost us nothing but a few minutes of our time! Next time we have service on our well, there's only one place we'll consider calling. These guys are awesome. ”
